The former chief executive of the British Poultry Council (BPC) and former Meat Management columnist, Peter Bradnock has joined the International Poultry Council as its policy affairs consultant.
Bradnock brings over two decades of experience with BPC to the role and he has represented the UK within the IPC since 2007. Meat Management editor, Pamela Brook, said: "Peter's knowledge and breadth of experience makes him a natural choice for the role. His understanding of policy and the issues facing the global poultry industry will mean organisations like the Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN, the World Health Organization and the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) are properly and fully briefed about what matters to the industry."
