The 352 page issue, from the publishers of Meat Management magazine, contains updated and comprehensive information on the red meat and poultry sectors including meat manufacturers, wholesalers, slaughterhouses, retail and catering butchers, packaging, ingredients and equipment and services suppliers. It will also be available very shortly in its popular print edition format.
