EBLEX has strengthened its regional team with the appointment of a new assistant regional manager for the south.
Agricultural science graduate Joseph Keating will work as part of the EBLEX regional team delivering knowledge transfer and technical information to producers in the region.
Joseph, who spent two years with The Irish Agriculture and Food Development Authority (Teagasc), has joined EBLEX from the National Farmers Union (NFU) where he was the livestock advisor for three years.
Joseph said: “I’m looking forward to working with producers in the region and hope my experience and advice can help them maximise the potential of their respective enterprises.”
Dr Phil Hadley, EBLEX southern senior regional manager, said: “Joseph has considerable experience in the industry and will be a great asset to EBLEX’s regional team.”
