Spanish ingredients company Prosur has announced a strategic collaboration with Dalziel Ingredients, a supplier of custom ingredients and ingredient blends in the UK and Ireland.

Prosur stated that the partnership, which is effective immediately, marked a “significant step” in expanding its presence in the UK and Irish food markets, combining Prosur’s knowledge of clean-label, natural ingredient technologies with Dalziel Ingredients’ manufacturing and customer knowledge.

The company went on to say that through this collaboration, UK food manufacturers will benefit from a “robust portfolio” of natural ingredient solutions focused on clean-label, shelf-life, colour and flavour stability, and pathogen control, supported by a “network of storage and distribution sites”.
