Tulip Ltd is celebrating after making the shortlist for a national award from the IGD in its Learning and Development category.
The category highlights a creative and innovative initiative that a business takes to improves performance through its investment in staff training and development.
Kirsty Wilkins, Tulip Ltd’s Group HR Director explains: “We are absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted for such a prestigious award, with 17 production facilities employing around 7,500 people across the UK we recognise the importance of providing our colleagues, at all levels of our organisation, the opportunity to develop and grow their careers with us.
