Welsh Lamb takes centre stage as chefs across Wales prepare to tantalise taste buds as they compete to become Curry House of the Year 2014.
The search is on to find out who will win the award, now in its eighth year, with more than 300 Indian restaurants in Wales eligible to take part. Voting is now open and lasts until February 16th.
One of the sponsors is Hybu Cig Cymru – Meat Promotion Wales. Its chairman Dai Davies said: “We are delighted to be associated with the Welsh Curry House of the Year competition.
“Curry is one of the nation’s favourite dishes, and the quality of the meals available in leading restaurants around Wales is exceptionally high. That’s why we are delighted that Welsh Lamb is the main ingredient to find the winning dish in this hugely popular competition.”
Diners will be able to cast their votes between January 10th and February 16th to decide the top restaurants from each of the three regions by visiting www.welshcurry.co.uk
