The collection of infographics present a series of facts and figures about the production of red meat in Scotland, highlighting the priority the industry places on animal health and welfare and the environmental role played by farmers.

The new marketing material will also promote the benefits of Scotland’s own brands, such as Scotch Beef PGI, Scotch Lamb PGI and Specially Selected Pork.

Lesley Cameron, director of marketing and communications at QMS, said: “We are delighted to share our new look infographics - it’s vitally important that we continue to drive consumer awareness the Scottish red meat industry’s exceptional welfare and sustainability credentials.

“We will be posting the infographics on the QMS and Scotch Kitchen social channels and I would encourage everyone to get involved to play a part in sharing these assets, to spread these messages as far as possible.”
