Vion pork MBO formalised

Following the announcement on the 13th December 2012 of an agreement for a management buy-out of its UK pork operations VION has announced that the deal has now been completed.

Commenting on this announcement Peter Barr, chairman of VION UK, said: “Following the formal completion of the MBO, we would like to wish the new management team every success as the business embarks on the next stage of its development.”
