Launch of New “Scotch” Haggis

A new “Scotch” haggis, produced using Scotch Beef and Scotch Lamb as key ingredients, was launched at the Royal Highland Show by Campbells Prime Meat.

Richard Lochhead, Rural Affairs Secretary, was one of the first to sample the new haggis during the QMS breakfast reception at the Royal Highland Show.

Christopher Campbell, Campbells Prime Meats Managing Director, said: “We are delighted to have worked with QMS on updating our haggis recipe and bringing this product to life. We envisage this product will give further confidence to our customers with regards to the strong emphasis we place on transparent supply chain and provenance.”
