Meat Industry Awards gathers pace for 2024
The annual Meat Management Industry Awards are off to a flying start this year according to organisers YPL Exhibitions & Events, with product nominations and voting well up on the same period last year.
“Once again we are seeing an amazing level of participation and interest,” commented Meat Management publisher Graham Yandell MBE. “It is always fantastic to see the wide range of products being nominated from all parts of the industry, including major players in retail, manufacturing and foodservice.”
Ceremony plans in full swing
Organisers have also revealed that ABP are to be this year’s sponsors of the main course at the ceremony dinner in Birmingham on 19th September. Yandell added: “We are delighted that ABP have agreed to provide the top quality meat for our main course at the Awards dinner this coming September. I know that our guests can look forward to a superb event and a great eating experience too.”
Mike Budd, marketing controller at ABP, added: “We are very pleased to have the opportunity to showcase our beef at the industry’s main annual awards event and we are all looking forward to a great occasion where we meet friends and associates, old and new.”
Presented by celebrity guest host and former rugby international Martin Bayfield, the awards’ black-tie dinner and ceremony will offer guests a unique opportunity to network and celebrate in style.
