New Women In Meat Awards gathers pace

Interest in the new Women In Meat Awards organised by Meat Management magazine continues to gather pace, with voting and nomination opportunities going live in June and then culminating in a five star black tie dinner and ceremony in London on Friday 16th November.

TV chef and food business entrepreneur Lesley Waters is to co-host the presentations on the night. There are eight categories which will recognise the winners and finalists at the Awards ceremony and another new partner has recently signed up to support and participate in the Awards.

We are proud to be involved as a sponsor for the Award for Craft Butchery, a sector close to our hearts and our heritage as a business. Celebrating the tremendous female talent within the meat and butchery industry is something we’re more than proud to do and to encourage the next generation of female craft butchers. I am certain that the Women in Meat Industry Awards on the 16th November will be a wonderful evening and the first of many more to come, and we look forward to meeting the finalists and congratulating the winners in London on the night.”
