A review of the sheep meat supply in New Zealand will be among the key topics at this year’s AHDB Beef and Lamb Annual Conference, which takes place at Stoneleigh Park on 3rd November and is free to levy payers.
Dave Harrison, Beef and Lamb New Zealand’s regional manager for Europe will present the review, whilst delegates will also hear about the role of livestock in the environment, the future of EU/US trade for beef and lamb and global prospects for the sector.
Dr Phil Hadley, AHDB Beef and Lamb head of global supply chain development, said: “Our annual conference is a key fixture in the industry calendar and is again proving popular with places going fast.
“It provides the perfect forum for industry stakeholders to come together and discuss the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead. Anyone who has not already registered to attend should do so to avoid missing out on what is a fantastic opportunity to get a full overview of where we stand and what lies ahead.”
