Celebrity chef and TV presenter Michel Roux Jr is set to host the popular 2024 Food Management Today Food Industry Awards at the end of June, as anticipation builds for the prestigious event.
The FMT Food Industry Awards will be held at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington, London, on Thursday 27th June. As part of the annual awards initiative, suppliers, retailers, manufacturers and individuals will come together to celebrate the best-of-the-best in the food sector, as celebrity guest Michel Roux Jr announces the 2024 category winners.
Awards will be handed out across 15 different categories, culminating in the Food Industry Champion award, which will be given to an individual who has shown particular dedication to driving innovation within the sector.
World-renowned chef Michel Roux Jr has presented a number of television programmes including BBC’s MasterChef: The Professionals and more recently Michel Roux’s French Country Cooking on Food Network.
He has authored several best-selling books and worked in restaurants across France and the UK, taking over the famous Le Gavroche from his father in 1991.
Editor of Food Management Today magazine, Joanna Thomson, said: “These awards are all about celebrating the people who work hard to feed our nation. It is an excellent opportunity for people across the sector to network with friends and colleagues, and nominees can make use of the ‘highly commended’ and ‘winner logos’ for promotional purposes.
“Excitement is building with the event just weeks away. I hope guests are preparing for one of the best FMT Food Industry Awards yet!”
