Irish food board Bord Bia has said it will promote Irish beef through B2B and B2C channels during the month of March, promising to "elevate the culinary experience" for both businesses and consumers alike.
In partnership with food distributor Sysco GB's butchery operation, 'Carver & Co. Butchery', Bord Bia will work with food businesses in the hospitality industry across the North West to access "exclusive offerings", which it said would allow customers to browse a "premium selection" of Irish beef cuts.
The promotion sees Bord Bia and Carver & Co. Butchery promoting Irish beef from 1st-31st March through social media campaigns and Irish beef dishes at participating restaurants, as well as targeted POS in retail outlets.
Sean Deane, meat specialist at Bord Bia, said: "We are thrilled to be partnering with Sysco's Carver & Co. Butchery for this exciting venture. This collaboration allows us to showcase the incredible quality of Irish beef and offer a premium culinary experience to both businesses and consumers.
"We believe this partnership will not only strengthen our ties with the culinary community but also introduce more people to the exceptional taste of Irish beef."
