Champion butcher crowned at Royal Welsh Show

Mark McArdle, of McArdle Family Butchers of Chirk, has been crowned champion of Wales at the final of the Hybu Cig Cymru – Meat Promotion Wales (HCC) Butchers’ Club butchery competition.
