Family butchers, G. N. Badley & Sons will supply all meat needed for the new kitchen training facility at the National Hospitality School, based at New College Telford.
The National Hospitality School has been launched to meet skills shortages in the catering, leisure and hospitality industries and is turning to local businesses for its supplies.
“Supporting local business is at the heart of the National Hospitality School,” said Chloe Wright, marketing coordinator at New College Telford. “G. N. Badley & Sons offer a top quality product and it’s nice to see our students developing their skills using it.”
Operations director of G. N. Badley & Sons, Kay Badley added: “We have great local customers who rave about our service and I want potential chefs and caterers of the future to know how important it is to get the best quality meat for the industry.
