Primepak Foods Ltd produces cooked meats, bacon and sandwich fillings for retail, delicatessen and foodservice.

Food supplier Kiril Mischeff Group has completed its latest acquisition, adding food manufacturer and processor Primepak Foods to its expanding group. The privately-owned business was advised on the 100% share acquisition by commercial law firm Schofield Sweeney.

Kiril Mischeff, established in 1935, describes itself as “one of Europe’s leading food and ingredient suppliers” to the food and beverage manufacturing, foodservice and retail sectors.

East Yorkshire-based Primepak Foods specialises in the processing of cooked meats and cheese, and manufactures sandwich fillers for retail, delicatessen and foodservice under its own brand Wolds Edge as well as private label.

Kiril Mischeff said that the acquisition would “further strengthen and diversify the range of products and services” that the group provides.

“This acquisition will allow us to expand and develop our offering.”
