Meat processor Moy Park has announced the appointment of Kirsty Wilkins to the role of HR and organisation development director.
Wilkins will join the company’s executive leadership team where she will contribute to the strategic development of the business.
She joins Moy Park from Tulip where she held the position of HR board director and was responsible for leading the HR, learning and development and health and safety functions for the UK based food producer.
With a career spanning almost 30 years including over 20 years’ experience in the food industry, Wilkins will lead Moy Park’s HR functions and also drive its talent management, communications and corporate responsibility strategy.
Commenting on the appointment, Moy Park chief executive, Janet McCollum, said: “People are at the heart of our business and we are pleased to welcome Kirsty to lead Moy Park’s HR and organisation development strategy.
