The event will not only include the AGM, but also feature presentations and demonstrations.

Taking place on Monday 30th June 2025 at the Nottingham Belfry Hotel, NCB says the plan is not to have a full exhibition but to provide an opportunity for members to network with those participating.

The Monday event will include the following:

  • Demonstrations by meat industry specialists
  • Meet the Expert sessions
  • Supplier showcase stands
  • Networking with like-minded people
  • News and industry updates

The last members day in 2023 was attended by more than 50 butchers from over 25 businesses and NCB says it expects to grow that number at the 2025 event, but will still limit the registration to around 100 throughout the day.

A spokesperson for NCB commented: “Craft Butcher LIVE will be exclusively for the craft butcher community. We will also be welcoming members of Scottish Craft Butchers and Q Guild, along with our members.”
