NFMFT is on the hunt for top meat products.

The competition is open to independent butchers, farm shops and food processors to show what they can do and showcase some of their best products.

With entries ranging from sausages, bacon and beef burgers through to ready meals and pies, this year the competition will also see for the first time the inclusion of a Kitchen Ready category.

All categories will be judged live by a team of experienced judges, and awards of gold, silver and bronze will be issued for products achieving the required standard.

Additionally, trophies will be awarded to each of the category winners and Supreme Sausage Champion.

A further trophy will also be awarded to the competitor deemed to be the Supreme Champion of the day.

The National Meat Products Competition 2018 is run and organised by NFMFT and will be hosted at Birmingham’s National Exhibition Centre (NEC) on 17th April.

The entry form along with Terms and Conditions can be found at www.nfmft.co.uk.
