Quality Meat Scotland (QMS) has appointed Graeme Sharp as its new marketing executive.
Graeme (24) has taken over the reins from Jack Broussine and will be leading the Specially Selected Pork marketing activity. Graeme will also be looking after independent retailers - including the successful Scotch Butchers Club – and the public procurement sector.
An International Management graduate from Heriot Watt University, Graeme, was most recently employed in the family butchers shop in Linlithgow where he was involved in all aspects of the business.
Laurent Vernet, Head of Marketing at QMS said he is delighted to welcome Graeme to the team.
“Graeme brings a huge amount of practical knowledge and experience with him from the red meat sector and will undoubtedly strengthen our existing marketing activities in order to promote the high quality product that Scottish farmers produce.”
