The judging process for the 900 products entered into the Meat Management Industry Awards 2016 has begun at Harper Adams University.

The judging panel, made up of meat industry experts, will spend three days working their way through the products to choose which will be crowned the winners at this year’s prestigious awards ceremony.

The categories being judged include: Britain’s Best Burger, Britain’s Best Meat Pie, Britain’s Best Sausage, Best Poultry Product, Best Pork / Pigmeat Product, Best Lamb Product, Best Beef Product, Best Red Meat Product and, brand new for this year – Best Free From Product.

The winners of the 2016 MM Awards will be revealed at the prestigious black tie Awards Dinner on 20th May 2016 taking place at the London Hilton Hotel on Park Lane.
