The announcement that the Meat Management Industry Awards 2020 will be presented in an online format for the first time has been well received by partners of the initiative and members of the wider industry.
"Obviously it's a shame that we can't hand out the awards in person to some of the best in the UK meat industry, but the ceremony, as always, will still shine a light on all the brilliant people, companies and organisations that make this industry what it is."Pam Brook, editor of Meat Management magazine, said: "We're so excited to be able to take our fantastic awards ceremony online for the first time ever this year."Obviously it's a shame that we can't hand out the awards in person to some of the best in the UK meat industry, but the ceremony, as always, will still shine a light on all the brilliant people, companies and organisations that make this industry what it is. The fact we're still able to have the awards ceremony, in such a new and exciting format, is brilliant."We're working hard to make sure that everyone involved in this year's initiative can still feel part of the ceremony from the comfort and safety of their own home. I can't wait for everyone to see how much effort we have put in to ensure the evening is one of the best ever."Find out more information about the Meat Management Industry Awards 2020 here.
