The meat industry was featured prominently at the 2025 Food Management Today Food Industry Awards, as companies, individuals and products from within the meat sector picked up awards at the ceremony on Thursday 26th June.

The winners of the 2025 FMT Food Industry Awards.

The annual FMT Food Industry Awards initiative champions innovation, service and excellent products from producers, manufacturers and retailers, rewarding people and businesses across 16 different categories.

The popular luncheon and awards ceremony, held this year at the 5-star Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington, saw members of the food industry gather to hear the winners and finalists announced.

Showman, comedian, actor and all-round entertainer Gary Wilmot hosted the awards ceremony together with publisher Graham Yandell MBE, and presented accolades to the winners of each category.

Bob Carnell, ABP UK chief executive officer, was awarded the prestigious Food Industry Champion Award in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the food and meat industry.

Yandell also confirmed that the ceremony will move venue for next year’s presentation and its new home will be the 5-star Royal Lancaster hotel, one of London’s most prestigious event locations.
