The Wednesday 26th August voting deadline for this year’s Women In Meat Industry Awards is fast approaching, with all sectors of the meat industry being encouraged to show support for nominated colleagues by voting for this year’s candidates.

The popular annual initiative celebrates women across the meat industry who are making an outstanding contribution to the industry and their businesses. It is the biggest and most important initiative of its kind, attracting many thousands of votes each year.

Organisers have reported exceptional levels of engagement as the voting deadline draws nearer, with industry colleagues and associates casting their vote to determine this year’s category winners.

Once the voting process has concluded, the 2026 finalists will be publicised on the website in the run-up to the awards ceremony, which will take place on Friday 20th November at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. VIP host and Olympic gold-medallist Sally Gunnell will reveal the overall winners at the 5-star black-tie dinner and awards ceremony.
