Britain’s biggest meat industry Awards event, the Meat Management Industry Awards, has launched its new programme for 2016 and voting or nominating products has never been simpler online.

You, the reader, can make your views count in ten of this year’s 19 categories, by voting in the following: The Catering Butcher Award; Manufacturer of the Year; Best Equipment / Machinery Supplier; Best Trade Organisation; Best Website Based Business; Multiple Meat Retailer of the Year; Britain’s Best Butchers Shop; Training Scheme of the Year; Young Manager of the Year and the Excellence Award.

Manufacturers and retail, as well as catering butchers and foodservice can now also nominate their meat and poultry products for judging by clicking here. We expect at least 1,000 products, so winners and finalists will be the best of the best.

With the number of entries in each product category increasing every year, Meat Management is also launching a brand new category to enter, the Best Free-From Meat Product.

Publisher Graham Yandell was upbeat about prospects: “The Meat Management Industry Awards go from strength to strength. I think it’s fair to say that our Awards are seen as the one to win in the UK meat industry, and this position is certainly reflected by the amount and range of product entries, the biggest Awards ceremony in the market, and the type of companies and organisations that participate. We are planning the biggest and best Awards celebration yet in 2016 so I am sure everyone will be happy with what we have planned for next year”.

Product entries can be nominated now and the final deadline for product entries is 26th February 2016, so get nominating today!

The Awards promotion culminates in the prestigious industry Awards dinner, which will take place at a high end five-star venue in London on 20th May 2016.
