A team of meat market analysts from Gira, with J.P Garnier, will host the event which will bring Gira’s recent annual global meat market outlook forecasts.

The seminar will take place on 16th January at Wroxhall Abbey in Warwick.

The seminar, which is a one-day event, will review the global and European meat sector and its dynamics, looking at relevant sources within the UK industry during the uncertainty that has been caused by Brexit.

Perspectives that will be discussed will include productions, consumption, trade, prices, and key sector developments.

Other points of discussion to be expected at the seminar include variables such as the impact of African swine fever; rapidly mounting social pressures; changing Governmental policies; recent supply chain integration; and Brexit.

Those attending and invited will be an audience of top management from across the British meat industry. The seminar will be facilitated by the British Meat Processors Association (BMPA) and the British Poultry Council.
