Presented on a three-yearly cycle, IFFA brings together a massive selection of players across the international meat industry.

From slaughtering to processing and refining, packaging and sales, over 60,000 trade visitors from 140 countries are expected over the six-day period.

Covering around 119,000 square metres of exhibition space, which organisers confirm is approximately 8% more than at the last IFFA, suppliers will present new technologies, trends and future solutions for all stages of meat processing.

The overview of developments throughout the entire sector helps butchers and the meat-processing industry make their investment decisions for new technologies and reveals new concepts and strategies for the future of their own companies.

In Halls 8, 9 and, for the first time, Hall 12.0, suppliers of machines and equipment for slaughtering and processing, including boiling, smoking, roasting and baking, will present their latest products and developments.

Companies exhibiting in the slaughtering and abattoir sectors include the likes of Marel Bettcher, EFA, Freund, Frontmatec and many more.

The processing sector will be represented by many international market leaders including companies such as Handtmann, Reiser, Marel, Treif. GEA Food Solutions, Grasselli and many more.

An overview of all exhibitors, their location and products can be found in the online exhibitor search engine at www.iffa.com/exhibitors
