AHDB Beef and Lamb will showcase home-produced Quality Standard Mark (QSM) beef and lamb to visitors at Anuga 2015, from 10th to 14th October in Cologne, Germany.
Anuga 2015 will feature 6,800 exhibitors, including 850 meat sector firms, with approximately 155,000 delegates from 200 countries expected to visit.
AHDB Beef and Lamb experts will provide delegates with information on the production systems involved and how best to cook with specific cuts.
New developments in the field of premium meats, such as beef loins matured on the bone, are also due to feature, while premium retail presentations for lamb, including skin packing will be presented as well.
