Quality Meat Scotland (QMS) showcased Scotch Beef, Scotch Lamb and Specially Selected Pork at the UK Government’s ‘Taste of Scotland’ event.

The event was held at Dover House in London on Tuesday 21st January 2025, and brought together 22 Scottish food and drink producers. QMS said it provided an “invaluable platform” to promote Scotland’s world-renowned produce to an influential audience of global diplomats and UK parliamentarians.

The trade body highlighted the quality and provenance of Scotch Beef, Scotch Lamb and Specially Selected Pork, emphasising their role in Scotland’s food sector.

QMS said the event reinforced Scotland’s reputation for premium agricultural products and the country’s commitment to sustainable, high-welfare farming.
