Around 400 attendees will hear from industry professionals on the future of the UK and global Wagyu market.

The event will take place on Thursday 19th and Friday 20th September, providing delegates with the opportunity to attend talks, live Q&As, tour facilities and network with colleagues. Guest speakers will include individuals from Aldi, Flat Iron, Dovecote Park and more.

Sessions will cover global Wagyu outlook, as well as discussions on the changing narratives around the British meat industry, health and general management.

Managing director at Warrendale Wagyu Tom Richardson, who previously featured in the October 2023 issue of Meat Management magazine, said: “Our annual conference enables farmers and those in the beef industry to be part of the journey when it comes to the growing UK and global Wagyu market.

“Each year, we feel so proud to be bringing together some of the industry’s most prominent brands, and their leading professionals, to share valuable insights and projections for the future.”
