Cutting Edge has established a new partnership with German manufacturer, NOCK GmbH, to provide its range of innovative skinning, de-rinding and slicing solutions for meat, poultry and fish products.

The range is to undergo extensive testing for the UK and Irish market and Cutting Edge announced it will be available this summer with nationwide engineering servicing and support.
