Smart solutions for developing a sustainable and commercial red meat supply chain in Wales will be the central theme at Hybu Cig Cymru - Meat Promotion Wales’ (HCC’s) annual conference at Llandrindod Wells next month.

Deputy Minister for Farming and Food, Evans will be speaking at the conference.

A line-up of specialist speakers will seek to provide insights and solutions that will allow the industry to maximise its voice, efforts and returns by working together to create and add value to all areas of the supply chain.

Speakers at this year’s conference include Welsh Government’s Deputy Minister for Farming and Food, Rebecca Evans; Ed Garner, communications director of Kantar Worldpanel; Richard Brown, of Gira, the European food service market research experts; Patricia Czerniak, HCC’s agent in Germany and HCC’s operations manager, Prys Morgan.
