Voting and product nominations for the Meat Management Industry Awards 2020 still are open, with the deadline of the 5th March fast approaching.
Entry is completely free, and you can nominate as many products as you like - the only criteria is that they must be manufactured in the British Isles. Online voting is also open via this link.
The Meat Management Industry Awards at the Vox Conference Centre in Birmingham recognise the best manufacturers and producers, suppliers, retailers and butchers in the UK meat sector, and are voted for by the readers of Meat Management magazine, plus various categories judged by experts.
The awards also feature the unique Excellence Award category which is presented to an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the meat industry. There are a total of 20 categories and these reflect everything that is exceptional across the whole UK industry.
You can nominate products in a number of different categories which include:

- Best Lamb Product
- Best Pork Product
- Best Poultry Product
- Britain's Best Burger
- Britain's Best Meat Pie
- Britain's Best Sausage
- Best 'Free From' Product

- Manufacturer of the Year
- Best Equipment/Machinery Supplier
- Best Trade Organisation
- Best Online Business
- Supermarket Retailer of the Year
- Britain's Best Butcher Shop
- Training Scheme of the Year
- Young Manager of the Year
- The Meat Management Excellence Award
