Butcher gift voucher scheme launched
A Premier Butcher Gift Voucher scheme has been launched by the National Federation of Meat & Food Traders (NFMFT).
The scheme is to allow consumers to exchange Premier Butcher gift vouchers for meat products provided by butchers and farm shops.
Consumers will be able to purchase the vouchers, which come in £25.00 denominations, by phone or online at www.nfmft.co.uk. On receiving the vouchers recipients can then visit the NFMFT’s website for details of participating butchers and farm shops.
NFMFT marketing director, Frank Taylor, commented: “This is a great opportunity for butchers and farm shops to increase their footfall and boost profits.”
Participating butchers will be provided with supporting market material to help promote the initiative.
