The Women In Meat Industry Awards returns Friday 17th November at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, hosted by journalist, broadcaster and royal correspondent Jennie Bond.

The Women In Meat Industry Awards returns on Friday 17th November.

The 2023 event will be hosted this year at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. For over 50 years Royal Lancaster London has been renowned as one of Europe’s leading event venues.

The black-tie dinner and awards ceremony will kick off with a drinks reception, where guests will have the opportunity to catch up and have a drink before being invited into the main hall for dinner.

Following their meal, attendees will hear from Meat Management publisher Graham Yandell MBE and journalist Jennie Bond, who will announce this year’s Meat Businesswoman Award recipients.

As the BBC’s Royal Correspondent, Jennie Bond has been at the heart of events that made headlines around the world: from the fairy-tale marriages to the adultery, the divorces and the deaths. Jennie, who is also the voice of the TV series Great British Menu, appears regularly on a wide range of television and radio programmes – from light entertainment to documentaries. She is also known to young and old for her exploits in the jungle of ITV’s I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.

Jennie spoke to Meat Management about all things food and femininity, ahead of the WIMIA ceremony in November. The full interview can be found here.
