Entries in the product categories for the 2015 Meat Management Industry Awards are expected to reach record levels. If you’ve not yet entered any products there is still time….so enter now
Products will be cooked, tested, tasted and judged by industry experts over three days in March at The Regional Food Academy at Harper Adams University. The video below will give you a flavour from last year’s awards:

The closing date for entries is 2nd March. “As we countdown to the closing date product entries are coming in by the hour, said Awards organiser, Emma Cash. “Last time we had over 600 entries and this year editor Pam Brook is challenging the industry to get that number up to 800. I would strongly recommend readers who have not yet entered product to enter as soon as possible. “You can do it online, it’s free and once you’ve registered we’ll be in touch to let you what you need to do next. It’s so simple and we are keen to ensure all supermarkets, manufacturers, retailers and processors don’t miss out. “We’re confident our judges will be kept busy when it comes to testing and tasting at Harper Adams Universitybut we know there are still many great products out there so make sure you participate.”
